Withdrawal and/or Consumptive Use:
SRBC regulations require that all permit holders submit quarterly water use data as part of their
withdrawal or consumptive use approvals.
Post Hydrofracture Data:
As required by SRBC regulations, all natural gas companies are required to submit post hydraulic-fracturing
data for each Approval By Rule (ABR) pad location within 45 days after each event.

GIS datasets of surface water and groundwater withdrawals, consumptive use facilities, and Approval By Rule (ABR) locations.

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) has provided information to you (the
individual or acting as the authorized agent/representative of an organization to
whom the information is being provided) for research purposes. You may not share,
publish, exchange, show, or copy the information to any other party without the
express written permission of SRBC. If you anticipate using any SRBC-provided information
for a publication, you must obtain the written permission of SRBC to use the information
prior to publication and must notify SRBC in advance of the anticipated use in a
publication to ensure all stakeholder parties have agreed to the use of the information.
You understand and agree that it is possible that errors and omissions may occur
in data collected by or submitted to the SRBC, or to the programming done to provide
data. You further understand and agree that it is possible that errors and omissions
will occur in the record keeping process, and that such data may not be accurate
or complete. Notwithstanding, you agree to take the data "as is".
You further understand and agree that SRBC makes no express or implied warranty
as to the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, value, quality, validity, suitability,
condition or fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from contamination by
computer viruses or hackers, of the data or any programming used to obtain or collect
the data, nor as to whether the data is error-free, up-to-date, complete or based
upon accurate or meaningful facts. Changes may be made periodically to the data.
You understand that you will not be notified of any such changes if and when they
occur.
You further understand and agree that you forever waive any and all rights, claims,
causes of action or other recourse against SRBC for injuries or damages of any type,
whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise, resulting from
any error or omission in the data or in any programming used to obtain the data,
or in any manner arising out of or related to the data retrieved herein. You agree
that SRBC shall not be liable to you for any liability, claim, loss, damage, injury
or expense of any kind caused or alleged to be caused, directly or indirectly, by
the data obtained from SRBC, or by any deficiency of SRBC or your systems. You further
agree that you will indemnify and hold harmless the Commission for any and all claims
or causes of action from any third parties in connection with the use of SRBC information
by you.
By your signature below, you certify and acknowledge: 1) the intent to be legally
bound by the terms of this agreement and disclaimer; 2) your receipt of this agreement
and disclaimer; and 3) your authority to execute this agreement and disclaimer on
behalf of your organization, if applicable.
