Project Sponsor Portal

Welcome to the new Project Sponsor Portal (PSP). The PSP provides a consolidated location for accessing SRBC regulated and registered water use-related web platforms.

Use this universal login to report water usage, print invoices, submit and access applications, chart water use, and much more. There is no longer a need to login to multiple platforms. A portal user guide is available upon login.

Use your current individual MDW username and password to login to the PSP. First-time applicants can use their initial application username and password, however, all PSP features will not be available until an application is approved. Similarly, consultants with shared-access accounts can also login to the PSP, but will only be able to access the associated application. If you are submitting an application for the first time, or if you are an existing project sponsor that needs to complete a PCI, please register here. If you already have an approval with the Commission but can only access online applications, please call 717-238-0423.

The PSP is available to project sponsors (regulated entities) and state regulatory agency staff only. It is not available to the general public. Public information on regulated projects can be found on our Water Application and Approval Viewer (WAAV).
